What's for Dinner? Spicy Sweet Chicken Wings

A fellow E-2 spouse (who is now stationed in Naples, Italy. Jealous!) posted this recipe for Spicy Sweet Chicken Wings. Her notes are correct that you don't need the dipping sauce, but I thought I would give Martha's recipe a shot since it was her original recipe. They turned our really well especially since we have a chicken wing connoisseur in the family!
