What's for Dinner? Peking Duck

Glenn was feeling inspired after watching a Good Eats episode and I saw ducks at the commissary one day, so we decided to try and make our first duck. In the end, it was pretty good, but I don't know if I'll make it again because our house smelled like roasted duck for 2 days.

 

We served it with a brown rice that actually came with the duck.

I don't have the recipe because it was one Glenn found on his iTouch app, but I'm sure you can google peking duck. Good work Glenn!
