Sake Seminar

I went to a Sake Seminar at the O'Club a few weeks (months?) ago. We got to try all different kinds of sake (pronounced sah-kay not sah-kee by the way) from sweet to aged to unfiltered. Our "instructor" was very informed. He is actually the only non-J sake sommelier in the world (he's Dutch).

My conclusion in the end.
I don't like sake.
At least I got dinner too.
