Sumiyo Snacks Part I

One of my students brings me a random Japanese snack each time I see her. It's very thoughtful of her and it's always new and entertaining. Not always delicious though.

Our first class, she brought me Japanese rice cakes. They are fine and all. I tried a few. The other 50...not so much. They are like potato chips to the Japanese though. Everyone loves them.

The next week she brought me yummy chocolate cookie things. I love dessert so I ate all of those no problem.

Our next class she brought me this trail mix.
