Takoyaki minus the Tako

My good friend, Yuki, took me to a fun restaurant in Yamato last week where we can make our own takoyaki. Takoyaki is a gooey dough ball that usually contains octopus (tako), but at this restaurant they had many options to choose from. We had the mochi and cheese balls.
They pour the dough in to the heated pan and you have a metal stick that you use to flip, rotate and form the takoyaki.
A little sauce and you are good to go! Now, if only they had an English menu...
